Shipping policy

United Arab Emirates

  • All orders purchased before 12pm will be delivered to customers next business day, except on weekends and public holidays
  • All orders purchased after 12pm will be delivered to customers after 2 business days, except on weekends and public holidays
  • Courier driver will call you before delivery for confirmation
  • Courier driver will attempt delivery for 2x times before returning the package back to us, extra charge 20 AED will apply to resend the shipment back to customer

سيتم تسليم جميع الطلبات التي تم شراؤها قبل الساعة 12 ظهرا إلى العملاء في يوم العمل التالي، باستثناء عطلات نهاية الأسبوع والعطلات الرسمية
سيتم تسليم جميع الطلبات التي يتم شراؤها بعد الساعة 12 ظهرا إلى العملاء خلال يومين عمل، باستثناء عطلات نهاية الأسبوع والعطلات  الرسمية
  سائق التوصيل سيقوم في الاتصال بك قبل التسليم للتأكيد
سيحاول سائق البريد السريع تسليم طلبك مرتين قبل إعادة الطرد إلينا، وسيتم تطبيق رسوم إضافية 20 درهم  لإعادة إرسال الشحنة مرة أخرى إلى العميل
